Why a studio builds its own products
Client work teaches you to ship on someone else’s definition of done. Owning a product teaches you what happens after: the support tickets, the model bills, the store reviews, the SEO loop that either brings users or does not. Both products run on the same stack we use for client projects — Next.js, Supabase, native mobile and Google Gemini — so what we learn there lands in the next engagement.
Neither product is a demo. My Baby is Hero is a paid consumer app in both stores; ThauRed is a paid SaaS with a free tier. The numbers we quote in a sales call about AI cost, generation speed or human-in-the-loop review come from running these.
